Split Step Drills For Agile Court Movement

Work on your spit step and master the most simplest of movements. Staying agile on the court is important for a player of any level, especially young and upcoming juniors.

These workouts can be done before, or after, your training sessions with a frequency of 3 or 4 times a week. Once you are comfortable with it, once a week is enough to maintain your rhythm.
