Tennis Medicine Ball Power Drill

Do this drill to build up power on your strokes and upper body as well.

You can use a bouncy medicine ball, younger juniors can use a basketball or football until they are strong enough to manage heaver medicine balls.

Recommended to start with 1 KG medicine balls and progress to heaver ones. Maximum recommended weight is 4 KG medicine ball.

Do 5 reps on each side to complete one set and take a 30 second break before the next one. Do 3 sets to complete the exercise.
