Yogurt Cupcakes / GLUTEN FREE

Ingredients:

-2 eggs
-1 small cup yogurt (180-200 ml)
-50ml of oil or butter
-100 ml sugar
-Baking soda or powder
-180-200 ml flour (half rice/half chickpea)

Mix all of the above ingredients and add your favorite broken nuts, chocolate chips, cut or mashed fruits…, and put it to bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the hot owen 175-180 ¬§C.
Enjoy with your coffee, tea or juice!
