Pancakes / EGGLESS and MILK FREE
– 2 cups whole wheat flour
– 2 cups chickpea flour
– salt to taste
– you can add fried onions or garlic and different spices or herbs.
Mix all the ingredients and add water, as you would make any other pancakes and fry. It is good if you cover the pan while you are frying on the first side and uncover when you are frying on the other.
