Pancakes / GLUTEN and LACTOSE FREE
Ingredients:
-2 cups rice flour
-2 cups chickpea flour
-1 or 2 eggs (optional), it works without eggs too, to be suitable for vegans
-water
-pinch salt or to taste
Add as much water as you want, to make a pancake batter.
Tastes almost like wheat pancakes.
