- One Guava, medium
- One Banana, large
- Lemonade, (200ml water, 1 lime or lemon, 1 teaspoon honey)
Make a lemonade by mixing lime (lemon), honey and water. Peel and cut the guava and banana, drop them in your blender. Add the lemonade and blend for about 60 seconds.
This delicious smoothie can easily replace milk shakes if you are on a dairy free diet as it is really smooth and creamy. Gives a good start to your morning or a good end to your night.
